1. just go to google put MAGELLAN MAESTRO 3100 GPS downloads it would usually show up and if its the same program that you have that means that their isnt a newer program

I have a Maestro 3100 and updated its version to the latest. http://www.magellangps.com/support/notes.asp?supportID=537 You will need to register your product so that you can download the firmware. Its a lot better now since my upgrade. Its a 800mb file so use a downloader software because interruptions in your connection may occur and you will start again. Go to the link above, and click" I want to download this update" The next page will ask a user name and pasword as I'ved mention about the registration. Proceed downloading. All instructions are included, also the process will require a blank SD card.
