magellan gps accessories

GPS magellan 4000?

does anyone have the GPS magellan 4000 . it say's it has smart detour and traffic update , but it does not tell me anything on triffic. do i have to pay monthy for it and how much or do i have to buy something for it ?????

1. I have the Garmin 660 I think it's amazing.. I bought it from amazon I couldn't believe they had it like $400 off and I got it for the same price as the lower low models ..
